Auditor Access to Blackbaud

Does anyone have experiance giving (viewer only) access to Auditors? We know that eventually this will be their preference for compliance documents, but we have not yet thought through the process. What kind of access did/do you give them? Any pain points or things to keep in mind?

Hi Alison, I see this all the time. Often, a view only license can be given to the Auditors temporarily (create a support case for Classic, or add them in SKY yourself). Otherwise, you can create a series of ad-hoc reports that provide them the information they need in a clean and clear format, and then if any follow up documentation is needed, you can download it directly from BBGM.
