Sky view review forms not loading correctly

Anyone else having issues with review forms showing incorrect form layout within the request screen?

I've assigned a certain review form to my request that we have created (for example 1st stage shortlisting August) - in classic view im going into the request and opening the inprogress review - and it shows my correct form layout (1st stage shortlisting August)

However - when I go to it in the sky view, it brings up a completely different (& incorrect) review form - its actually showing a form we have built for 'Youth fund review shortlisting'

Hi Louisa, I recommend you reach out to support for this one. There is most likely a setting that can be edited to reflect the form you need.

Hi Rachel - I logged it with our support partner yesterday and they logged it with blackbaud support - apparently it is a known bug so they have added mine to the existing case.
