Partnership 1099 question! PLEASE HELP
Does anyone know if a payment to a Title Company to a Partnership to purchase land for property we'll own not rent is 1099 reportable income? If so, It dont think it's reportable under rent box 1 or box 7 non employee compensation. I've searched everywhere for answers. I'm leaning towards no, it's a non reportable services. But when in doubt sent it out so I'm hoping I could get some help on this one. Thank you
