How to track dropped classes?

Has anyone had success tracking or pulling a list of students who have dropped classes? We've come to find that in the Higher Ed software, "drops" are logged like withdrawals, and the way we traditionally think of drops are actually recorded as "errors" and not retrievable in advanced lists. This is a huge problem for our billing team, as they need to apply a drop fee to each of these students. The suggested workaround was to export class enrollments and track discrepancies manually, which is FAR from ideal.

    Hi Laura,


    Go to Academics>Scheduling>Requests and Recommendations List

    Output the Enrollment Status column and Filter the list by Enrollment Status = Dropped.

    Hi Mike,


    We don't use the course request functionality, so I'm not really sure what this list is pulling from. Right now, without any enrollment status filters, it only displays fall enrollments and none for the current semester. Can this list display Spring enrollments as well?
