Error being thrown with File FormField

Hello everyone,


I've been trying to work with the File FormField type in an AddDataForm spec outlined in the following URL:

I've followed the example and when I go to select a file, I wind up getting this error message:



I'm a bit lost as I've followed the previously posted URL and done exactly what they have and it's giving me this error. Funny enough if you hit OK and then proceed on to fill out the rest of the DataForm as per usual, it actually passes the File info to the table.


If anyone has any insight as to the cause of this problem and a possible solution/workaround it would be greatly appreciated.

    I am trying to re-engage with my own project related to the File FormField. It looks like this post is about a year old, but if you are still working on it, please post your code. I suspect the problem is in your stored procedure parameter list or in the the <FormMetaData> section of your spec. (just a guess). Hope you figured this out.
