setup Canadian Non-profit tax tables in Financial Edge NXT

Hello everyone,


Does anyone have any insights on how to set up Canadian Non-profit tax tables in Financial Edge NXT, looks very confusing? Called Blackbaud support but since they are from the US side, they cannot figure how to set the non-profit Canadian tax rebates and so on. Any assistant is much appreciated.

Done in Database view in 2 spots from what I remember when we implemented. There should be information in the Knowledge Base on this too. Strange that support couldn't help you. They should know this or be able to find it.


Fill in according to where you are in Canada if HST, what activity type, and rebate rates.

Accounts Payable, configuration, General

Did you find a way to make the HST rebate work in NXT? I've been talking to the Blackbaud team for quite a while, and they can't help us.

@Milene Zatella The set up is done in FE (database view), not NXT. The guide linked in this discussion is helpful. What part do you need help with?
