AP Invoice approval history

Trying to find where the approval history for invoices shows up. Ours is not showing up in the change history ad our auditors want to know. been on hold with chat and phone support and tried emailing customer success person. 40 mins no solution. can anyone help.

  • Are you in Expense Manager? When we tested it out the invoice approval trail could be found by opening the invoice and there was a section that showed that information unless you are saying that is what is not showing up. Hope you get a resolution soon!!
  • As Angela said, Expense Manager tracks it. If the invoice went through expense management for approvals, there will be a tile called 'Expense Management History' when you look at the invoice, which is different from the History tile.
