Handle Profile Changes update issues

The new "Handle Profile changes" screen has thrown our process into a tailspin.

1. We can no longer sort by role, only by Persona. So I cannot pull current students, current parents, incoming students, incoming parents by role as I could before. We have different people handle profile changes for different roles (not personas). Admissions handles candidates, Alumni office handles past students and alums, our Head's assistant handles current faculty and trustees. I handle current parents, students, and incoming parents and students. Now we all have to sort through profile changes that do not "belong" to us. Before, we could sort by Role (eg Incoming Student, Current Student, Candidate, Past Student), and that is no longer an option. Now when you pick the student "Role (actually Persona)", it gives you everyone in the Persona.

2. We can filter for last 7 days, but once we add that filter, we can no longer handle profile changes. I'm trying to figure out what the point of these filters are if you can no longer acknowledge once they are in place.

3. You can no longer use your browser back button and go back to the list you were working on once you go into a record. As I process changes, I go down the list, open the record, make any adjustments (capitalization, etc.), update my other database with the changes, then go back to the list and acknowledge the change, ticking it off my list. With this update the back button brings you back to the beginning, not the list you were working on.


Please fix these issues which are a massive loss of functionality.
