Sharing my Power Automate Flow: GoToWebinar / RE NXT Participant Sync

Summary

This Flow is triggered each time a participant registers for a GoToWebinar event. It looks up the constituent in RE NXT and then takes multiple paths based on the numbers of matches it finds. If zero, it creates the constituent, adds a constituent code and then adds the person as an Event Participant. If one, it skips the create constituent step and adds the constituent code and Event Participant record. If more than one, it does a “match by name” search to see if an exact match can be found (and then adds constituent code and Event Participant). If no name match is found, it provides the ability to trigger an email notification.

(This Flow can be used for other integrations of the same type – e.g. Eventbrite – by replacing the GoToWebinar connection and data fields with those of another Connector.)

Configuration Needs
After importing the Flow and authorizing the Connections, you will need to update the RE NXT Event ID field and change the Event/Participant sections within each path of the Flow.
