Quick Email Feature in SKY w/ Gmail

Hi everyone,


Has anyone set up the quick email function with SKY - is that an option yet? The guidance in Web Help is antiquated referring to Google Toolbar which doesn't even exist anymore. I've been toying around but no luck so far.

    Hi Ken, I just had an issue with this last week……actually in Classic view as well. Our internal IT helped me with it. We found that somehow….not sure when though….that the Quick email feature had defaulted back to set up/to add an account. I did submit a case ticket to BB as well but internal IT had already hopped in. It was a quick fix.

    Click (Windows icon bottom left) Start menu and just start typing “Default apps” and when box pops up, just choose from the Email options. I use Outlook so that's what mine is set to. I don't see an option for Gmail. So hopefully this helps/gives some guidance.
