NXT Crashes

Is anyone else having difficulty this morning with NXT getting hung up and not responding? I have to restart my computer to get anything done, and have already done that 4 times this morning. FE is the only application I'm having trouble with, so I know it's not just my computer. Please don't say to clear my cache and cookies.....I have done that at least twice a week for the past couple of weeks, so it is extremely frustrating when your preferences are cleared out each time.


Just wondering if anyone else was having problems before I contact support.

  • Deb Foos‍, you can always check the status of operations issues on the Blackbaud Status page at https://status.blackbaud.com/. If there is an issue that is affecting multiple clients, it will usually appear there. It looks like there have been a few issues today (pic below). So you're not alone!
