GDPR Deleting Individual Data

I understand from Blackbaud that Buzzacott can run a report to mass delete contact data for old requests. Buzzacott said this is user led but can only be done through the audit screen for each contact. So this cannot be batched through a query would quickly highlight the hundreds to delete. It seems odd that grant managers could receive hundreds of requests for support, and would have to go through each one ‘individually' spending weeks of time delete each record….. Is this right?

We have been looking at this with Buzzacott also, Previously yes we literally was going into each record ourselves and clearing the data…. which was very time consuming.

However, we have been working on building an advanced search under the contacts records, to pull a list of records that would need to be cleared and I have been told if they have these parameters they could put in a request in with Blackbaud to do an overwrite of those fields/data in a batch (quote on cost depending). ??
