Addresses Disappearing

Over the last week I have had several organizations come up with blank addresses that were definitely not blank before. Has anybody else experienced this issue?

If the organization has recently submitted an application and/or reports, and left the field blank while submitting, it will clear out the Organization fields that were previously complete once they are pulled into the system.... very frustrating at times...

I've had situations where an organization will change the address on their report form and it changes it in the system. I've never had the issue of a blank address. Makes sense. I do try to check the address when pulling in the reports. It's an extra step but sometimes it's needed.

We are entering ours manually. So that is definitely not our issue, but very frustrating for you I'm sure.
