School Forms Reminder Notifications

Quick question: We will be using Blackbaud forms for the first time this year. If I set the reminder notification to active, will it send a reminder to all the recipients or just to the people who have not submitted the forms yet? I want to avoid sending multiple reminders to parents who have already submitted the forms. Thank you for your help.

Hi Marie,

We have used school forms extensively, it sends the notification to only the users who have “Started” or “Not Completed” the form. As a side note you can select multiple notifications. We use a pre notification that it is coming due, a due date reminder, and a post date reminder. Just select the notifications that you want it to use.
