unable to process website transactions with BBMS

All donations since 2.35pm on 18/07 (US time zone) have not processed successfully through our website. I have put a transaction through on my credit card and the website says it has processed successfully and it shows on my bank statement, but in BBMS it says 'not processed' and will eventually turn into 'gateway decline'. We had this recently when implementing BBMS on our website but it was only random transactions - this is now every single transaction

    Hi Melinda

    It sounds like the Blackbaud Checkout transactions are being authorized but then not captured. The endpoint that captures Checkout transactions is this one.

    I am guessing that what you saw on your bank statement was a pending authorization.
