Bank Feeds - Centennial Bank

Is there any way to find the status of bank feeds for a particular bank - Centennial Bank? The bank recently changed the overall way their website works, which appears to have broken the bank feeds. I can “update bank” and see the balance in both bank accounts, but it never actually reconnects to the feeds and downloads anything. There should be a way to inquire about the status of this. Blackbaud support only tells me that they need access to our database and a whole host of programming information from the bank's web site. Shouldn't this be something that Blackbaud, Yodlee, Thawte, etc handle on their end? I should not be involved in troubleshooting the programming of bank feeds. Anyone have ideas on this issue?

  • This problem has resolved itself. I believe that when the bank website was changed, something broke in the feeds - maybe they were programmed in a different way - but this resolved after a couple of weeks.

  • I have been having the same issue with WesBanco with a website change. I actually decided to check the community boards to see if anyone else was having the same issue as a result to WesBanco's changes. I have been dealing with this issue for over a month working with Support and inturn them relaying information to Yodlee. Happy to hear James your issue was resolved after a couple of weeks because I was giving them that long, but now I'm beyond frustrated. I agree we as customers should not have to be so heavily involved in the troubleshooting.
