List of not yet registered students?

Has anyone successfully created a list of students not yet registered for any classes in the upcoming term? I would like this to be an advanced list so that I can send a pushpage reminder to them.

I would plus one this. This is a report administration is looking for as well. We had to go back to our old reporting system, and then create a worksheet to reconcile the two. But it would be nice to have a reporting feature that gives this type of report.
