Get multiple years of data with Rating list endpoint

Our office is attempting to grab rating data (Annual/Major/Planned Giving Likelihood) from constituents from multiple years. When we attempt to do query in the database the data comes incredibly unclear and NXT only exports the most recent rating.

When I used the Rating list endpoint to get the data, everything is coming through nicely. But, since I'm testing the in cohort environment, I haven't been able to find a constituent that has multiple years of the same rating instance on their profile.

Does anyone know if multiple years of the Ratings data comes through with this endpoint?
