New feature: Deposits + payments

Today we released the ability to track which deposit a payment (or group of payments) went into. Eventually, deposits will be an area that we integrate to with FE NXT but we heard from so many users about this gap that we wanted to deliver something a bit sooner than our FENXT integration. You’ll now see that the payment record has a deposit field and on the Recent payment tabs, you’re able to bulk add that deposit number to a group of payments.

When creating the file to post to GL, deposit number is available segment for payments and is also a column that is exported into the .csv file.

Over the next few weeks, we plan the deliver the ability to select payments from specific deposit numbers when creating the file for posting to GL so be on the lookout for that in the release letter! ?
