Multiple Tagging for account profiles in eTapestry

We are trying to customize a method of using a multiple tagging for donors in our eTapestry. A donor, for instance, has a multiple affiliation with our institution. He is an employee of our institution and a donor at the same time. The system does not simply allow us to choose a multiple tagging in the Campaign field. Is there any way we can resolve this issue?

I would appreciate if you could suggest other ways to track donors under multiple affiliation method.

@Daler Baitursunov we create an affiliation under the Defined Fields tab of the account and then under Affiliations, we create our own affiliates. This allows for you to create a query and then run a report on those who have multiple affiliations, as we do. Below is an example.
