When a donor has 2 or 3 addresses and donation comes from old address, we are unable to find and check in search

    I am facing the searching donor issue in NXT version. Do you??

    Hi Ekal,

    Reaching out to support via chat would be a good first step.

    You cannot search for former addresses in general searches though. You would need to review all records where the name matches in order to determine the correct record. That assumes, of course, that your organization has been saving old addresses in the address history. If they have not, please make sure they start now! :-)
