Bulk email limits but no option for partial selection of requests

There is a limit on the number of emails you can send in bulk (max 100). However, because lists of requests in the Workspace are no longer formatted into pages (eg 20 to a page, 100 to a page) which can be selected in bulk, there appears to be only the option of selecting all or none. I realise that I could select all and then untick those over the 100 limit, but the current grant programme has 240+ declinations and I can't see a way of bulk tick/unticking (rather than doing this individually) these to send the emails out in groups of 100. In Classic you used to be able to use Shift to select a block of records, but this doesn't seem to work in Sky. Has anybody found a way of selecting large numbers of requests (all of 1 status), or of bulk emailing to more than 100 at a time?

    I would really like this feature to be implemented in SKY. Having to check each box separately when I don't want to Select All is time consuming.

    As with most things, it feels, you can vote on that 'idea' aka something that should work out of the box ?

    I have 7000 records I need to use to check related documents and I can only do a bulk on the first 500 and then I will need to sit there and tick the rest individually. This is a bit ridiculous. It is also not a ‘new idea’ this was working in classic, albeit only up to 100 records thus is should be working in SKY, given they assured no change in functionality!!

    Hi Charlotte. I'm very sorry for your experience with this functionality. We are currently working on fixing this so that pagination is brought back. This won't work exactly the same as classic and we'll be making on-going updates to the way it works. For the short term, the pagination will show 100 records per page and select all will only select the records on the current page. You will be able to page through and select the records on all pages if needed.
