Has anyone been able to make submitted reviews private? We would rather our board members to NOT see each others completed comments and reviews until the board meeting

You need to log into the reviewer portal, as a BBGM system administrator.

Then from the menu choose Admin > Permissions

There are tick boxes to control what things other reviewers can view.

Ensure there is no tick against Submitted reviews (I also don't allow them to view unsubmitted reviews)

This way no-one can view them.


Instead, if desired, you could add a tick and then in the box next to it control which reviewers could still see them - such as internal reviewers only, not external ones.

We prefer no-one to be influenced by other reviewers, and so we don't use this option.
