Power BI connector - Refresh invalid connection credentials

Hi! I have been experimenting with the Power BI connector; I've created a dashboard with a couple of pages and have successfully set up the on-premise personal gateway.

The data has successfully refreshed at least 5 times overnight or on demand (it takes 1-1.30 hours). However, over the past few days I'm getting hit with “Invalid connection credentials” errors. It happened once or twice a week ago; I think I re-published the desktop version and it started working again.

This time, though, I've tried everything (re-enter credentials on Gateway, reconnect/restart Gateway, re-installed the on-premise gateway and tried it on a different machine, re-published desktop application etc.) with no avail. On the desktop app, the data pulls correctly from the API, which makes me think the back-end setup should be working fine. But the data won't refresh, and it feels quite random as to why I'm hit with the invalid credentials error. Any thoughts?

I have the same error message when the report published to the PowerBI portal. Were you able to get this resolve, Dimitris?
