Locating Grant Activity: Revenue and Expenses

We're having difficulty locating the correct endpoint to use in the General Ledger API that provides the grant “Activity” tab's Revenue and Expenses (please see the screenshot below):

Our connection to the API is working well; however, our development is on hold until we find where these values are located.

Our client searched the API as well and couldn't find the values either so they reached out to support, which directed us to this community.

I would be very grateful if someone could provide direction on where we may find these values. Perhaps we are not looking in the correct place, or maybe there's some configuration that needs to happen to make them available.
