Changing Payee Name on Refunds

Currently the payee name cannot be changed when entering a refund. Can this be fixed in SKYView?

    @Ana Bachman I am bumping up your post. We make scholarship payments to the school and to the student. When I enter a refund, it automatically selects the student payee and does not give me an option to select another payee (in this case, the school). How do others handle this if they have multiple payees for one grant?
