Regions Blackbaud Pcard

Is anyone else having frequent issues/service challenges with Regions Bank regarding Blackbaud pcard support? Purchases are randomly denied for fraud suspicion. Orders for new employee cards not received timely. Multiple calls to support to resolve same issue. We would like to use another bank's pcard instead of the Regions card, but would lose efficiencies offered by NXT expense management upload and coding of credit card transactions. We have not been able to get any traction with Blackbaud to facilitate the use of other bank cards.

We do not have the BB Regions cards but I am in the process of looking into them now. Our current Pcard company is pathetic, we have had multiple fraud transactions and they do not provide email or text notification for purchases. If you find another card company that works with NXT and has immediate purchase notifications, please share the info.

Have you had any resolution with your issue yet? I am considering the BB Pcard but don’t want to make a mistake jumping into it. Thx!

We are still not satisfied with Regions as our pcard provider and continue to have service issues.
