BBCRM REST API Support

Hello,

On the new BBCRM REST API it says that the Blackbaud Community is the place to come for support, flagging issues etc. BB Support have similarly directed us here. Is there a dedicated category for this that we need to be permissioned for or is it just within the Developer Discussions?

More specifically I'm wondering if anyone has actually had success implementing the REST API in a real world solution. So far I'm finding it a mixed bag quality-wise and struggling to get some parts working at all (currently the Post Interaction endpoint).

The potential is so promising but we can't seem to realise it.
