Apple Pay Error On A Donation Form

I followed the instructions for hosting the Apple Pay file publicly in our domain. All instructions here were followed. Testing this with an Apple device that has Apple Pay enabled, we get this error message. We have done this twice, each time using the link in the FAQ to get the most up-to-date file.

Any suggestions? The embedded form is here. Do the steps need to be done in exact order? For example, Blackbaud checkout was enabled and the form was embedded already prior to completing steps of placing the Apple Pay file in our domain.

Where have we gone wrong?

Sounds like you've done everything you need to do. Let me ask a few questions and follow up with the team here.

How long has it been since you've uploaded the NEW apple pay file to your server? It can take 24-48 hours for cacheing to clear and thus you may not see the results until then.

I will ask my team if there is any way to see a physical indication of the new file to ensure the right one is in place.

Also, are you using OLX or a SKY API application integration?

I checked with our Apple Pay eng team. They have advised that the file should be available at the root of the domain that Checkout will appear on. In your case that should be

After reviewing this location the team has advised that they do not see the file here. 404 no found is returned when viewing that location.

Could you double check the upload and ensure the file is available at the above location?

Hi Amanda,

Thank you for taking a look at this. The last time the file was uploaded was over a couple of weeks ago. We are using OLX.

I'm not sure where else I could put the file. I'm including a screenshot below from our site file manager. Any help is greatly appreciated.
