Setting ScaleFunder app to work with BBMS via the payment API, and getting an Internal Server Error.

All of the setup on the Blackbaud side seems to be correct, and we're not getting any errors there, but once we sign in on the ScaleFunder side to authorize, we keep getting an internal server error. The ScaleFunder folks seem to think it might have something to do with our Blackbaud login information being tied to Gmail. Any thoughts or ideas on why we're hitting this brick wall? As I said all of the Sky API data seems to be accurate and correct, but we're still not able to connect ScaleFunder and BBMS together. Thanks for any help any of you folks can provide.

    Hi Christopher

    This does seem strange given that you have a number of working integrations already. Can you share more details on the actual error message and also confirm at which step this is occurring (I think you mean it's happening during the OAuth popup step but want to be sure).

    Using a gmail account for a BBID is totally acceptable so that should not be causing any issues.
