Invoice options

We are new to SMART Tuition and recently had our site orientation call. I was very surprised by the last page on the invoices produced by Blackbaud. It includes 3 payments options, online, phone, and………………….cash payments collected at 7-Eleven? Grocery stores? Other convenient stores? What in the world? My school does NOT offer that 3rd method of payment yet we were told that the form is “hard coded” and cannot be changed. That is absolutely unacceptable and frankly, a little embarrassing. For the kind of money we charge to attend our school AND the kind of money Blackbaud charges for it's products, this kind of customization should be easy. Very disappointed and not a good start to this product.

  • We do not offer the invoice option. All our payments are scheduled automatically withdrawn from families financial institution of their choice. We have our own payment plans that we have Tuition Management set up for us. We use OnBoard for enrollment and are completely integrated with Tuition Management. We have been using this for 3 years now and it has worked very well. Please fee free to reach out to me should you need any further information.
