Endpoint for Official Notes

Hi all,

I'm working with my academic dean to try and revamp our process for tracking advisory notes. I think our best bet is with Official Notes, but since the Academics Official Notes have no template functionality, we need to create a way to make sure input is uniform. My original idea was to use the API functionality to create a form-type input that could write and send the official note, but I'm not seeing any Official Note endpoints or anything related. Has anyone used the API for anything similar? Am I barking up the entirely wrong tree here?
