I am getting error messages that dont tell me what the error is when trying to submit a budget upload. Any idea?

Are the cells of the excel doc being highlighted in Red when submitting? The only time I don't see the actual error is when there's too many errors to display. Last time it happened to me I copy and pasted a project ID incorrectly. ?‍♂️
