Attachments are not saving to Payments in Deposits

My attachments are not saving to my payments in Deposits. Anyone else?

I am having the same issue and have opened a case for the issue. I am now just waiting ….

Having the same issue. I have to go back into the payment then add the attachment.

The ability to add an attachment to the Payment is gone and we can only add an attachment to the deposit. When going back in history, any attachment we saved on a payment is gone. Only attachments to deposits are still there to look up. Anyone else finding the same issue?

I just went and looked at several of my older post and they are missing the attachments.

That's exactly my issue. Unfortunately I did a few deposits that have 40 payments and I didn't notice the lack of attachments until later. Waiting to reattach - I don't want them to disappear again!

If you click the words Hosting Status on the Financial Edge Community navigation , there is an announcement that may be affecting your issues.

You can subscribe to that alert to receive updated information as soon as it is posted.

Now I can't even find a place to add an attachment to a payment even after the fact. I am reopening a payment for a deposit to add an attachment and there is no longer any attachment field.

Elizabeth, I went to the Announcements of the Community page and do not see anything regarding this. The first thing that comes up is from 2018. Could you tell me the name of the announcement or share a link?
