I'm trying to create acknowledgment button

I'm trying to create an acknowledgment button using the steps here:

, but having trouble importing the flow. We don't use Church Management, but it's a required connector. There doesn't seem to be an already created template without it needing the connection.

Hi Dallas,

Thanks for the question - you can use the Church Management connector's “Validate user identity token” action, even if you don't use Blackbaud Church Management. This action isn't in the Raiser's Edge connector right now, but we're working on getting it added to some new “refactored” connectors. Until then, you can just use the functionality from the Church Management connector (under the hood, it's the same backend services).

So when you first use the Church Management connector, you'll get prompted for consent (OAuth) in the same way you were when using the Raiser's Edge connector. Just pick your Raiser's Edge NXT “environment” on the consent page and click “Authorize” and you should be set.

Yes, Ben L. is correct. As soon as the refactored connectors are released we will update the flow. For now no harm to use Church Management with RE NXT since it is a common API.

Thanks. I just just forced this through by adding the Church Management connector in yesterday and it worked just fine. Can't wait for a refined version of the flow. Templates are the biggest hurdle thus far. I'm hoping a few of the upcoming office hours will help solve that.
