PDF Attachments not opening in pop-up window for General Ledger - JE batches

As of recent changes made 1/19/22, I can no longer view/open PDF Attachments for General Ledger JE batches in a pop-up window. Instead, I can only save the Attachments. I used to be able to view PDFs on the screen while other file formats had to be downloaded. Is anyone else having this issue? This makes it inconvenient when reviewing Attachments prior to posting JE batches.

You are correct, I am still able to view the pop-up window under AP for viewing attachments, but under General Ledger, it automatically downloads the file.

I reached out to Blackbaud Support. Apparently, the feature to preview attachments in JE batches was removed as part of the latest update to NXT.

If I would like to see this implemented again in the future, I should post the idea on the Blackbaud idea bank so their developers will know that this is something I would like to have implemented again and other users can vote on the idea.
