Search bar not always working

In the last week or so, I've notices that when I enter a new search in the bar (ID#, org name, or project title), that it is not showing results unless I hit the “enter” button a couple of times. Is this happening to anyone else?

  • I've been having the same issue for a couple of days. I thought it was the computer I'm using but apparently not.

This sounds like something that our support team needs to know about…I didn't see any cases with your names attached to it, has someone else in your office put in a support ticket? If not, would you be willing to contact support if you are still experiencing this technical issue?

  • Hi Elizabeth, I did not start a new case because, as mentioned, I thought it was the computer I was using. I only had a couple of incidents and this has not happened to me in days. If this continues or I hear that my co-workers are having issues, I will submit a case. Thanks
