502 error message in Acknowledgment Button Add-In

Whenever I try to create an acknowledgment letter with the acknowledgment letter button add-in in NXT I get a 502 error message. How do I fix this problem?

    Hello - I was receiving this error as well. Go to your flow and troubleshoot any errors you may be experiencing with the flow. Once I did that the button worked perfectly for me.

    Hi Amy,

    My flow checker is not saying there is any issues. But the csv run report from one of the failed attempts I downloaded said that it failed at the create the merged acknowledgment step. I don't know how to fix this step. Do I need to somehow grant permission to Power Automate to use my SharePoint?

    Jessica - yes, you will need to authenticate the SharePoint connection to use it in Power Automate, but if the Flow Checker isn't throwing any errors and you resolved all of the issues indicated with orange warning symbols, then something else is up. Can you make sure you have downloaded the most recent version of the template from the tutorial without making any changes to it and let us know if that one works?
