Improving SKY API minimum response time

Located in Australia with data hosted in Australia Datacentre

But the best response times can get from any SKYAPI requests is around the 250ms mark

Assumption is that 250ms is the base latency from Australia to https://api.sky.blackbaud.com

When doing tracert to the datacentre Azure AU: s24actx01cns02.nxt.blackbaud.com as defined in

Consistently get responses times under 60ms

Wondering if anyone has a way to reduce the round trip time when international, but accessing local data hosted locally
