Automatic Update of Vendor Recod based on Distribution Table

Hi, I recently discovered the distribution section of Financial Edge NXT which has been very helpful as we have a distribution set for locations based percentages that I was able to create for each location using this section. Each fiscal year, that percentage will change based on estimates. I was wondering, is there an easy way to update the distribution table and then have it automatically flow to any vendor record using it? I haven't seen anything similar to what I'm asking so I figured I would post here.

I would suggest you use the distibution set add in available in Microsoft Excel.
