Outlook 365 Error Message

I am wanting to begin the process for the Modern Merge Kit. I am at the step of importing the ZIP file and making the connections. The connection for Office 365 Outlook is not working because my company does not use the cloud for outlook, we use a prem server. Is there a way to get around this so I can use the modern merge kit? Hi Bailey - I answered you over email, but also wanted to post here, too. Unfortunately, this makes things more complicated because you'll have to install a data gateway to access this service.

However, Outlook is only the notification system that the files are ready for print, so not necessary to create the Letter Acknowledgements themselves. You could, for example, just set-up a notification system in SharePoint whenever a change is made to the folder, or even add an Action to the admin's record in RE NXT with a link to the print-ready files.

Thank you! I will try installing the gateway. It wouldn't let me move forward with the import without making the Outlook connection so hopefully I can with the gateway. Appreciate all the help!
