Hi there -

If you dislike the new format of the failed transaction report. Please vote to bring the old one back!

The update in November now requires you to schedule a report that has to be downloaded and is blank most of the time. It is not user-friendly that you have to download the report to see if it contains any data. The old format of the failed transactions was emailed only when there were failed payments to address, and the email contained the list of families, transactions, and the reason why in the body of the email.
