Do you use multiple Security Groups to create customized controls for what users can access with in FE?

Hi Christina - We recently added users through the “security" tab and have confirmed they are marked as active. However, when in “record security" tab I can't see a handful of these users. Did their invitation not go through or is there anything else that could be causing this? It happened to about 10/100 users we added. Thanks!

We have a ton of project security queries set up that control which projects our partners at Oregon State University can see within FE NXT and within our data warehouse reporting system. We assign these queries to individuals based on their access needs in the “record security” tab. A new user is not available to edit their record security in that tab until after they have completed the acceptance of their invitation to join BB FE NXT.
