RE Triggers

Is it possible to have any change in the membership area trigger an MS powerflow instead of clicking on an add-in button? We need to share info with another organization anytime our membership is updated, so I am trying to find the best solution for this.

    Hi Rachel.

It is not possible to trigger a Power Automate workflow from Membership area yet other than using the add-ins.

    Hey check this out:

Also, we will be introducing some a new membership renewal reminder workflow shortly using the refactored MPP connectors that do include more membership endpoints!

  • Thank you for this video! I was able to create a daily export (via a scheduled queue) into an Excel spreadsheet. My filters are the added and changed date set to “today”. So I may or may not get any records exported. I have them stored in the tenant file. Do you know if I can export that directly into sharepoint? If not how do I grab that info from a MS power flow? Ultimately what I would like to do is check that export file each day and if there is data in the spreadsheet, email that or add it to a table in another excel spreadsheet. Any help would be most appreciated!

  • Thank you again for the video. I was able to create a queue that exports data to our FTP site. I am really stuck now as to how to copy that file from FTP to our sharepoint. The video is a little fuzzy for me. Can you are someone in the community give me some guidance on this?
