BI Connector

I followed the instructions on creating a Power BI Connector for Raiser's Edge. When I went into BI desktop I got a message “The following connector has not been certified, and we are unable to verify that it is secure to use” and then it lists Blackbaud. I can only click on ok and when I go into get data, the Blackbaud connector is not there to choose from. How do I get past this so I can use the connector?

You need to allow uncertified connectors for it to work. If you're in Power BI desktop, go to File → Options and Settings → Security, you can check “Allow any extension…”. Close and reopen the desktop application and go to Get Data and ‘Blackbaud’ will now be an option.
