Letters do not have all the info

Hello, so I am encountering difficulties with the output of our acknowledgement letters. It appears that from the original letter that I managed to update with our organization's information that once the simple flow goes through every letter manages to have section of the fields removed. For example, the first letter is good but then the following letter does not have a salutation, then the next one does not have a salutation or an address block. Any help would be appreciated. @Theresa Remek can you share your template files for your letters and envelopes and maybe some screen shots of where you are adding the information into the documents in your flow?
