Finding the Correct Flow

During the Feb 15 skills Lab, it was communicated that we no longer need to use Encodian in order to produce one document with various letters for printing. Could you tell me which flow that is? The one that I am using still has the README - Merging Letters step in it that mentions Encodian. I am having trouble finding the flow that has the “Append to Array Variable” step in it.

Hi Monica, we did remove the reliance on requiring Encodian in most of our flows. The Simple Acknowledgement and the Fund-based conditional acknowledgement letters do result in a single file output without Encodian. We did have another example flow based on letter codes that did not require Encodian to setup, but does not combine the letters into one file. The README there did mention that if you wanted to have a single merged file for that one on how to setup Encodian. We have however removed that letter-code based flow due to feedback and are re-strategizing on how to approach those.

Thank you! Just so I know that I am understanding correctly, Encodian is still needed if we are combining the letters into one file. Is that correct? @Glen Hutson

No, the Simple Acknowledgement and the Fund-based conditional acknowledgement letters do not need Encodian to have all the files merged together.
