Running flow for gifts from a specific date

I am testing my flow with gifts from last week. My flow isn't pulling those gifts and is still notifying me that I have no gifts needing an acknowledgment. Those gifts are categorized as Not Acknowledged. I suspect that the flow isn't pulling the dates and are running based on today and there are no gifts to acknowledge today. The condition - Are there any gifts to process keeps coming back cancelled with no inputs. I tried putting a date into the Get Gift List from RE NEXT action and it is still not pulling the gifts into the apply to each. Does anyone have any suggestions? My gift list date range in NXT is for last week.

Hi @Monique Love - Can you send a screenshot of what your Gift List filters are?

In the second image, the one after you've ran your flow, what is the raw output from the Get Gift List step. Is it an empty array? It looks like the issue might be in conditional after the Get List. Can you send the screenshot of what that conditional is checking?

Here are the gift filters… If I enter the Start Gift Date as 2022-02-22T12:00 it still returns no gifts.

Yes! Thanks for sticking with me on this… if you change the filter in your Gift List (Web View) to Gift Date = Today, and then re-run the flow, do you get the result you're looking for?

Can you try these steps for me?

First, go to My Flows and select the flow you're working with. Click that flow and you should get this screen.

Click on one of the flow runs in the history. This should open the outputs of that flow. Can you expand the Get Gift Lists field and post a screenshot of what's returned. Should look like this:
