Vendor encountering error message

We have a vendor that is trying to access our Blackbaud Merchant Services Account. I have set them up with the Sky API but they are recording the below error message. Could someone please let me know what our vendor should do in order to connect.

    Hi Carrie

    The SKY application must be granted access to your Blackbaud environment by an administrator. The vendor will need to provide you with the unique ID of their application, and then you would add that ID per the instructions detailed in the Getting Started guide.
