Blackbaud Sky API: Permissions Denied for Invoice Creation

We are unable to create the invoices through Blackbaud API and received permission(403 error code) denied error message in the response. Please find the attached error response from the interactive console within the developer portal by using API.

    Hi David,

    I don't see any attachments, but one thing to check is that the user providing consent (on the OAuth consent page) has permission to create invoices. The API will respect the permissions of the consenting user, so if that user can't create invoices in the UI they won't be able to create them via the API.
